“A deceivingly simple, poignant, profound book for ultimate success, whether transitioning out of prison or starting college, seeking a sure path to life success.”

— Greg Rodgers, Life Coach

This book is a fascinating read about really simple but very straightforward and effective ways of transforming one's life. Even though the book is geared primarily towards people suffering from low self-esteem, I would recommend it to anyone with a dream for better personal fulfillment. The message is powerful and authentic, coming from a place of complete honesty about the author's own journey to overcoming fears by changing careers in search for a more thorough understanding of the world, and diving bravely into new areas of exploration. From a violinist and Doctor of Musical Arts to registered nurse, martial artist, real estate investor, coach, and now a published author, the list of Alexandra's work experience and life interests is long and impressive, so we can trust her when she shares with us how to reach for our goals and stay on top of our game!”

“Fantastic read if you are ready for a shift in your life, need inspiration for change or already a growth mindset type. The author shares her wealth of knowledge & experience regarding so many relatable areas of life and her career paths and interests. The book reads with an abundance of great stories, examples and sense of humor! My personal favorite chapters were 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 & 12. I had so many “ah-ha!” moments reading about financial health/growth as well as the role of relationships and people we surround ourselves with when it comes to achieving our fullest potential. Highly recommend! “

She covers everything from eating right and exercise for optimal health with a few of her own recipes to mindset and finances. — Debra Sturdevant, Owner/Country Artist Botanicals

“Reading this book has been nothing short of an esoteric experience! It makes its way into your daily life by provoking you to evaluate every part of it to the finest detail. It elicits sharp awareness of habits that can be reversed to heal a variety of undesired situations or prevent those from occurring in the first place! All too often, we prefer to exist immersed in illusions and complacency, which is why this book contains a sobering power, too, as does anything that prompts and leads us towards true change!”

— V. S., Catalonia

“Over the last six months I have experienced intense and exponential growth in my creativity, self-confidence, and capacity to find meaning and joy in everything I do. Changes in diet and exercise have played an important role in this, but the courage and motivation to make these changes, and the determination to stick with them with a level of consistency I have rarely achieved before, are attributable to a life-changing book that I read last spring. Alexandra Dotcheva’s ‘It Really Is Simple’ is a compellingly written, comprehensive guide to achieving the kind of life you want for yourself and your loved ones. It is all about setting very specific goals and mastering the steps to achieving them. Alexandra’s own transformation from frustrated musician to independently wealthy health professional and martial artist have fueled her passion for sharing her remarkable experiences and insights in her utterly candid, down-to-earth book. When I read it, I wasn’t thinking I really “needed” the kind of advice Alexandra offers, but now I can say with certainty that her book was the catalyst for what I consider a complete positive turn-around of my life. She has given me the tools I had been missing to really figure out what I wanted in my life, go after it relentlessly, and to know that this is all within my power. In very general terms, what I want is to see the people around me smiling and loving what they do and who they are, and for me to be one of those people. Thanks to Alexandra’s book, I have found the willpower to make this happen, day after day. I couldn’t be more grateful, because to be handed the keys to a better, more fulfilling life is one of the most meaningful gifts I have ever received.”

"This book is a compelling resource for anyone on a journey toward greater self-confidence. Her personal anecdotes and insightful guidance provide valuable tools for overcoming self-doubt and fostering personal growth. This book is a beacon of hope for those ready to make a meaningful change and take control of their lives.

The book emphasizes the importance of language and self-awareness in the context of self-esteem. I love her direct approach, emphasizing the significance of how we express our self-limitations and how this choice can either perpetuate a sense of inadequacy or propel personal growth and expansion.

A very educational and eye-opening read from Alexandra, who has a passion to get her knowledge out there to anyone who will listen. She is a joy to work with, the epitome of professionalism. Her direct yet knowledgeable approach ensures effective interaction making it a pleasure."

A textbook on becoming the person you desire to be, creating the life you want through your health, career, finances, relationships and spirituality. This book covers all the bases and links them together. I loved the idea that failing is a good thing because it shows you’re actively doing something, rather than just thinking or talking about doing it. And that failure is simply feedback, showing us what and how we can adjust and change.

I appreciated the reminder that no matter what stage we find ourselves at, there is always constant work, progress and growth to be had, as we continually want to become the best version of ourselves. What it comes down to is priorities, what we give our time, our currency to, and what we fill our days with, is what makes up our lives.

Very informative and it’s obvious the author has reached her level of success due to her taking control of her life in the ways she describes in her book.
